Rainmakers is a market readiness program that empowers senior university students and fresh graduates to kickoff their professional career by equipping them with technical, business, and essential skills through an enriching experience. The program candidates will have the opportunity to be matched with startups & companies to perform a 2-month internship.

Applicants will be assessed based on the strength of the application – including their needed skills, their motivation, their educational background and availability. The team will also interview them.
25 different participants will have the chance to attend 4 technical & Business trainings such as Software Engineering, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, User Experience – UX, Finance, and Business Development etc.
Some of them will also have the chance to participate in the Essential Skills workshops that TEC will organize (Project Management, Self-management, communication, leadership etc.) and work on their personal development plan as part of a 2-day transformative retreats aiming at enhancing their leadership skills, personal vision, pro-activeness, and productivity.
At the end of the program, Rainmakers will be presenting their final projects in front the startups and then match with qualified senior students for a 3-month internship. The participants will choose their internship period as per their availabilities.
